个体化生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of individualized biofeedback in the treatment of functional constipation

目的探讨个体化生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法 68例功能性便秘患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组34例。研究组给予个体化生物反馈治疗,对照组给予传统生物反馈治疗。比较两组的便秘临床症状积分、临床效果和治疗满意度。结果治疗后两组各项便秘临床症状积分均低于本组治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组各项便秘临床症状积分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率91.18%高于对照组的70.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度97.06%高于对照组的82.35%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的近期效果较好,其远期疗效需进一步确定。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of individualized biofeedback in the treatment of functional constipation. Methods A total of 68 functional constipation patients as study subjects were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The research group was treated with individualized biofeedback, and the control group was treated with traditional biofeedback. Comparison were made on clinical symptom score, clinical effect, and treatment satisfaction of constipation between the two groups. Results After treatment, both groups had lower clinical symptom score of constipation than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the research group had lower clinical symptom score of constipation than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The research group had higher total treatment effective rate as 91.18% than 70.59% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The research group had higher total satisfaction as 97.06% than 82.35% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individualized biofeedback shows good short-term effect in treating f Individualized biofeedback, but its long-term efficacy should be further determined.
