对军体运动队的教练员的科学文化素质的调查研究

Investigation and Research on Coaches' Cultural and Scientific Qualities of Military Athletic Teams

采用问卷调查与数理统计等方法 ,对军体运动队教练员科学文化素质现状进行调查分析。结果显示 ,教练员科学文化素质偏低 ,并低于地方运动队 ,军体项目低于群体项目 ,主要表现在学历以函授生为基本构成 ,岗位培训不力 ;科研能力较弱 ,论文层次较低、发表论文不多 ;高级教练员学术带头作用不强 ,中级教练员偏少 ,年轻教练员自学不多等。建议军体运动队应加强教练员队伍建设 。

The current status of the coaches' cultural and scientific qualities of the military athletic teams was investigated by questionnaire and mathematical statistics. It was revealed that the coaches' cultural and scientific qualities of the military athletic teams are lower than those of the local athletic teams. The cultural and scientific qualities of them are also lower than those of the coachers in the athletic teams of mass sport. All those are shown in the following: For their educational background they mainly graduated from teaching by correspondence. Their post training was inadequate and their abilities to do scientific research work were weak. Their theses published were less and of lower quality. The senior coachers didn't play a leading role in learning. There were not enough intermediate coaches and the young coachers rarely studied by them selves, etc. It was suggested that the construction of the coach troop in military athletic teams should be strengthened in order to provide favorable manpower resource for the sustained development of military athletic teams.
