探讨分析人性关怀护理措施对焦虑症患者的护理干预效果

Discussion and analysis of nursing intervention effect of human care nursing measure on anxiety disorder patients

目的分析人性关怀护理对焦虑症(AD)患者的干预效果。方法 141例AD患者作为研究对象,对其采用人性关怀护理措施,比较护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和生存质量综合评定表(GQOLI)评分。结果护理后,患者的HAMA评分(10.22±1.35)分低于护理前的(23.07±6.04)分,GQOLI评分(85.93±3.21)分高于护理前的(69.42±7.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性关怀护理能有效改善AD患者的焦虑症状,明显提升患者的生活质量,临床可积极采用。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of human care nursing measure on anxiety disorder（AD） patients. Methods A total of 141 AD patients as study subjects all received human care nursing measures, and the Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） score and generic quality of life i nventory（GQOLI） score before and after nursing were compared. Results After nursing, patients had lower HAMA score as（10.22±1.35） points than（23.07±6.04） points before nursing, and higher GQOLI score（85.93±3.21） points than（69.42±7.16） points before nursing. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Human care nursing can effectively improve anxiety symptom of AD patients and obviously improve the quality of life of patients. So it can be clinically adopted.
