摘要
该研究改进了考察知识产权保护量度的实证研究。先前的量度标准或者只检查某一种类型的法律,或者缺乏一种解决这些法律的实际执行问题的成分。提出的量度标准采用了三类知识产权法律及其执行因素。
This research improves upon empirical studies that examine the measurement of intellectual property rights（ IPR） protection. Prior measures examine only one type of law or lack a component that addresses the actual enforcement of these laws. The measure presented here uses three types of IPR laws and enforcement components for them.
