神经节苷酯治疗儿童低血糖所致脑损伤效果观察

摘要 目的探讨神经节苷脂治疗儿童低血糖所致脑损伤的效果以及价值。方法采取随机数字表法将56例低血糖所致脑损伤患儿分为两组,每组28例。对照组予以常规治疗,实验组予以神经节苷脂治疗。比较两组低血糖所致脑损伤患儿治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗后,对照组低血糖所致脑损伤患儿临床治疗总有效率(71.42%)低于实验组(96.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组低血糖所致脑损伤患儿治疗前NBNA评分(17.69±3.21)与实验组的(17.54±4.11)分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组低血糖所致脑损伤患儿治疗后NBNA评分(30.54±4.54)分低于实验组的(39.57±6.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用神经节苷脂治疗儿童低血糖所致脑损伤临床效果显著,可改善神经细胞呼吸功能,保护患儿脑部神经组织,对于改善患儿预后以及生存质量有重要作用。 Objective To investigate the effects and values of ganglioside on brain injury induced by hypolycemia in children. Methods A total of 56 children of brain injury induced by hypolycemia were selected and divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with ganglioside. The clinical effects after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the patients in control group( 71. 42%) was lower than that in the experimental group( 96. 42%),the difference was significant( P〈0. 05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NBNA scores between two groups,after treatment,the NBNA score of the patients in control group( 30. 54 ± 4. 54) was lower than that in the experimental group( 39. 57 ± 6. 25),the difference was significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The ganglioside has better effect in children with brain injury induced by hypolycemia,which can improve the prognosis and quality of life of the children. It can also improve the respiratory fuction of the cardiac myocytes and protect the brain tissue of the children.
