鲑鱼降钙素联合碳酸钙治疗内分泌失调型骨质疏松症效果分析

Clinical effects of salmon calcitonin combined with calcium carbonate on patients with endocrine disorder osteoporosis

目的研究鲑鱼降钙素联合碳酸钙治疗内分泌失调型骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法收集内分泌失调型骨质疏松症患者112例,按照治疗方法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组56例。实验组给予鲑鱼降钙素联合碳酸钙治疗,对照组仅口服碳酸钙D3治疗。治疗半年后,比较两组治疗后症状改善情况。结果治疗半年后,两组患者较治疗前骨痛均减轻,且实验组治疗后疼痛减轻更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者骨密度值较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为96.43%,治疗无效2例;对照组总有效率为69.64%,无效17例,两组治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素联合碳酸钙治疗内分泌型骨质疏松症疗效明显,可有效提高患者骨密度,缓解骨痛症状,且未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of salmon calcitonin combined with calcium carbonate on patients with endocrine disorder osteoporosis. Methods A total of 112 patients with endocrine disorder osteoporosis were enrolled and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 56 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group were treated with salmon calcitonin combined with calcium carbonate,and the patients in the control group were only treated with the calcium carbonate D3. After six months of treatment,the symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The bone pain relieved after treatment than that before treatment in the two groups,and patients in experimental group relieved more obviously than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the bone mineral density of the patients in experimental group was higher than that in the control group and before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the patients in experimental group（ 96. 43%） was higher than that in the control group（ 69. 64%）,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Salmon calcitonin combined with calcium carbonate has better effects on patients with endocrine disorder osteoporosis,which can significantly improve the symptoms of bone pain and improve the bone density. It＇s worthy of clinical application.
