血清CA199、CA125和CEA联合检测对胰腺癌的诊断价值

Value of combined detection of serum CA199, CA125 and CEA in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer

目的 探讨血清糖类抗原199（CA199）、糖类抗原125（CA125）和癌胚抗原（CEA）联合检测对胰腺癌诊断的临床应用价值.方法 选取50例经病理检查确诊的胰腺癌患者为A组,另选同期50例胰腺良性病变患者为B组,50例接受健康体检提示无异常者为C组.三组均接受血清CA199、CA125及CEA联合检测.结果 A组CA199、CA125和CEA检测水平均高于B、C组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.胰腺癌患者CA199、CA125和CEA联合检测的特异性、敏感性及准确性均高于单项检测（P均＜0.05）.结论 血清CA199、CA125和CEA联合检测胰腺癌的特异性和敏感性高于单项检测,对患者病情和预后评估均有指导作用,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum carbohydrate antigen 199 （CA199）,carbohydrate antigen 125 （CA125） and carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Methods Fifty patients with pancreatic cancer diagnosed by pathological examination were selected as group A,50 patients with benign pancreatic lesions were selected as group B and 50 cases without abnormality were selected as group C in the same period.All subjects underwent combined detection of serum CA199,CA125 and CEA.Results The levels of CA199,CA125 and CEA in group A were higher than those in group B and C,the differences were statistical significant （P 〈0.05）.Specificities,sensitivity and accuracy of CA199,CA125,and CEA single tests were lower than those of combined detection （all P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The specificity and sensitivity of combined detection of serum CA199,CA125 and CEA in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer are higher than those in single tests,and the combined detection plays a guiding role in the evaluation of the patient＇s condition and prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
