骨水泥注入治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折的效果观察 被引量:2

Observation on efficacy of bone cement injection on osteoporotic spine compression fractures

摘要 目的 探讨骨水泥注入治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效.方法 收集80例OVCF患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组予以保守治疗,实验组予以经皮球囊扩张椎体+骨水泥注入治疗,比较两组患者各治疗时间段的疼痛状况、腰椎功能障碍与日常生活能力.结果 实验组治疗后1、90 d的VAS评分(2.02±0.77、1.98±0.80)均低于对照组(8.21±1.25、2.46±0.71),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实验组治疗后1、90d的Oswestry功能障碍指数(0.35±0.11、0.28±0.14)均低于对照组(0.84±0.18、0.36±0.19),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);实验组治疗后180 d的Barthel指数(19.26±2.74)高于对照组(18.01±2.65),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 骨水泥注入治疗OVCF的临床疗效显著,具有借鉴意义. Objective To investigate the efficacy of bone cement injection on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF).Methods Eighty patients with OVCF were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group were treated by conservative treatment,and patients in study group were treated by percutaneous balloon dilating vertebrae and bone cement injection.The pain status,lumbar vertebra dysfunction and daily living ability in each treatment phase of the two groups were analyzed.Results At 1,90 d after treatment,the visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of study group (2.02 ±0.77,1.98 ±0.80) were significantly lower than those of control group (8.21 ± 1.25,2.46 ±0.71),the differences were significant between the two groups (all P 〈 0.05);the Oswestry scores of dysfunction index of study group (0.35 ±0.11,0.28 ±0.14) after 1,90 d of treatment were significantly high-er than those of control group (0.84 ±0.18,0.36 ±0.19) (all P 〈0.01).At 180 d after treatment,the Barthel index of study group (19.26 ± 2.74) was significantly higher than that of control group (18.01 ± 2.65),the difference was significant between the two groups (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of bone cement injection on OVCF is significant and can be used as reference.
