摘要
悬臂立柱是检测装配领域广泛采用的立柱结构,作为主要支撑部件,其受力能力很大程度上决定了整机装配检测的精度。本文以一种常见悬臂立柱为例,通过有限元算法,分析其固定支点分布与承力能力之间的关系,并最终提出优化设计。
Cantilever column is a widely used column structure in the field of machinery assembly and testing. Because of its role as the main supporting component, its load-bearing capacity largely determines the accuracy of complete machines ' assembly testing. Taking a common cantilever column as an example, this paper analyzes the relationship between its fixed fulcrum distribution and load-bearing capacity through finite element analysis, and finally puts forward an optimal design.
