烟枪主体超长深孔加工试验与分析

摘要 机械行业中,将长径比大于5mm的孔加工称为深孔,超过50则称为超长深孔。深孔加工难度高,加工工作量大,是机械加工中的关键性工序,特别是孔径小于10mm时,加工非常困难。论文针对常德烟草机械有限公司加工烟枪主体预制件上2个长径比超过80的孔过程中刀具使用寿命低等问题,通过Φ9涂层硬质合金立内冷钻钻削Cr12MoV模具钢的加工效率和质量的正交试验,得出该刀具加工的最优参数,并结合实际对现有加工程序进行优化。 In the mechanical industry, a hole with a diameter greater than 5 mm is called a deep hole, and over 50 mm is called a superlong deep hole.Deep hole processing is difficult, and the processing workload is large. It is the key process in machining, especially when the aperture is less than 10 mm, it is very difficult to process. Changde tobacco machinery Co., Ltd., the author of this paper is about 2 length to diameter ratio of more than 80 holes in the process of low service life of cutting tools, through Φ 9 coating cemented carbide drilling stand cold drill Cr12MoV die steel processing efficiency and quality of the orthogonal experiment, it is concluded that the optimal parameters of the cutting tool machining and optimize the existing processing program.
