摘要
目的探讨精索静脉曲张对精浆中自介素-6(IL-6)、血清抑制素-B(INH-B)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达与精液质量的影响。方法选择本院2013年2月至2015年2月收治的精索静脉曲张患者68例作为观察组,另外选择同期健康体检者30例作为对照组。比较分析两组人员的精液常规参数及精子形态,同时比较分析两组人员精浆中IL-6、INH-B与TGF-β1表达水平。结果观察组患者的精子密度及精子活动率较对照组相比明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而在精液量方面组间比较无明显差异(P〉0.05)。观察组患者形态正常的精子率较对照组相比明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。而形态异常精子率较对照组相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),观察组患者的IL-6及TGF-β1表达水平较对照组相比明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而INH-B表达水平较对照组相比明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论精索静脉曲张能大大降低患者的精子密度及精子活动率,增加患者畸形精子率,同时导致患者精浆中IL-6、与TGF-β1表达上升,INH-B水平下降。
Objective To investigate the effects of saphenous vein on expression of interleu- kin - 6 ( IL - 6 ) , serum inhibin - B ( INH - B ) , transforming growth factor - β1 ( TGF - β1 ) and se- men quality in seminal plasma. Methods From February 2013 to February 2015, 68 cases of varieo- cele patients were selected as the observation group, and 30 healthy subjects were selected as the con- trol group. Routine semen parameters and sperm morphology, the levels of IL - 6, INH - B and TGF - β1 in seminal plasma of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The sperm density and sperm motility of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The rate of spermatozoa in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05). The sperm rate was signif- icantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). The expression of IL- 6 and TGF- β1 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). While the expression level of INH - B was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Varieoeele can significantly reduce the patientg sperm density and sperm motility, increase the rate of abnormal sperm in patients, resulting in IL - 6, and TGF - β1 expression rise and INH - B levels decline in patient' s seminal plasma.
