Progress in the research mechanism of hyperoxia-induced lung injury

摘要 氧疗是临床上救治危重症患者的主要治疗手段之一,但不恰当的方式反而会发生高氧肺损伤(HALI)。目前,对HALI发生机制的研究甚多,但具体的发生机制仍未明确,本文就现有的、讨论最多的几种学说观点作一综述。 Oxygen therapy is one of the main treatment methods for treating critically ill patients clinically, but inappropriate treatment can in turn lead to hyperoxia-induced lung injury (HALI). At present, there are many researches on the mechanism of HALI, but the specific mechanism of occurrence is not clear yet. This article makes a review of the most discussed theories.
