摘要
对我国 12个省 (市 )的 5 8名 (13～ 17岁 )少年女子体操运动员运动损伤情况进行了追踪调查和统计分析。结果表明 ,训练中损伤以上肢为主 ,损伤的类型主要为韧带及关节囊的损伤 ,运动员的损伤与其年龄有一定的关系。通过对损伤原因的分析 。
Tracing investigation and statistical analysis of sports injuries were carried out in 58 junior female gymnasts of 13～18 years old in 12 provinces of China. It was indicated that their main injuries in training were those of the upper limbs. The injuries appeared mainly in the ligaments and the articular capsules. The injuries of the gymnasts have certain relation to their age. By analyzing the causes of the injuries measures for preventing them were put forward.
