摘要
对成年小鼠进行 10周游泳耐力训练后发现 :训练组小鼠心肌毛细血管产生了良好的适应性变化 ,包括毛细血管的数目增多 ,管腔扩大 ,最大氧弥散距离减小 ,这一变化使心肌组织氧的运输和能量的供应改善 ,推测这是训练组小鼠心泵功能增强。
It was found that good adaptable changes occurred in cardio muscular capillaries of the grown up mice in the training group after 10 weeks of endurance swimming training. The number of their capillaries increased, the cava of the capillaries widened and the maximal oxygen diffusion distance decreased. These changes improved the oxygen transportation and energy supply in the cardiac muscles. It was presumed that the cardio pumping function of the mice in the training group was strengthened, which is one of the material bases for improving aerobic endurance.
