Discussion on Some Problems in the Liquid Nitrogen Washing Process

针对合成氨装置中广泛应用的液氮洗净化工艺运行过程中容易出现的冷量不平衡、液位、压差等参数波动的情况进行了系统性的分析,根据实际操作经验制定了相应的处理措施。

In view of the widespread application of liquid nitrogen washing and purification process in the ammonia plant, some problems in running were analyzed, such as cooling unbalance, liquid level fluctuation, and pressure difference fluctuation and so on. Corresponding treatment measures were put forward according to the actual operation experience.
