摘要
ZrB_2因具有低密度、高熔点、高热导率、高抗热震性和较低的热膨胀系数等特点而在机械、化工、电子、航天、航空等许多领域中有着广泛的应用前景。本文主要介绍了熔盐电沉积法制备ZrB_2的研究进展,并概述了B(Ⅲ)和Zr(Ⅳ)在不同熔盐体系中的电化学还原机制及ZrB_2的阴极还原过程,为熔盐制备ZrB_2提供理论基础。同时,展望了熔盐电沉积法制备ZrB_2的应用前景。
ZrB2 has promising applications in industrial sectors such as machinery, chemistry, electronics and aerospace etc. due to its low density, high melting point, high thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance and low coefficient of thermal expansion. The research progress of preparation of ZrB2 by electrodeposition in molten salts is reviewed in the present paper. The electrochemical reduction mechanism of B(Ⅲ) and Zr(Ⅳ) in various molten salt systems and the electroreduction process of ZrB2 are discussed aiming to provide the understanding of basic principle of the technique for the preparation of ZrB2 by molten salt electrolysis. Meanwhile, future applications of electrodeposited ZrB2 are also prospected.
