非骨化性纤维瘤X线及CT诊断的比较分析

Comparative analysis of X-ray and CT examination in the diagnosis of non-ossifying fibroma

目的 比较分析非骨化性纤维瘤X线及CT诊断的结果.方法 32例经手术病理证实的非骨化性纤维瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行X线平片检查,21例患者行CT检查.分析32例患者的X线平片和CT诊断结果 .结果 32例中长骨骨纤维瘤29例,其中位于干骺端17例,骨干3例,长骨骨端9例.病灶多沿患骨的长轴方向发展,呈椭圆形或圆形病变;X线显示24例存在病灶内分隔,而CT显示仅3例出现分隔.结论 非骨化性纤维瘤X线与CT诊断都具有鉴别特征性,可为手术治疗提供可靠依据.

Objective To compare and analyze the results of X-ray and CT diagnosis in non os-sifying fibroma. Methods The data of 32 cases of non ossifying fibroma confirmed by surgery and pathol-ogy were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent X-ray plain film examination,21 patients under-went CT examination. The results of X-ray and CT examination in 32 cases were analyzed. Results A-mong the 32 cases,fibroma occurred in 29 cases of long bone,with 17 cases in metaphysis,3 cases in diaphysis and 9 cases in long bone end. The lesions developed mostly along the long axis of the bone, showed oval or circular lesions;X-ray showed 24 cases of separation within the lesions,and CT showed only 3 cases of separation. Conclusions X-ray and CT diagnosis in non ossifying fibroma has differential characteristics,which can provide reliable basis for surgical treatment.
