摘要
以番茄为试材,研究了外源葡萄糖(3%、5%、7%)对NaCl胁迫下番茄幼苗的生长、抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质的含量变化。结果表明:在NaCl胁迫条件下,一定浓度外源葡萄糖提高了番茄叶片叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,提高了可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖及脯氨酸含量,降低了叶片丙二醛(MDA)、超氧阴离子自由基(O_2·)和过氧化氢(H_2O_2)的含量,促进了幼苗生长。进一步证实外源葡萄糖对于缓解植物盐害具有重要作用。
The effects of exogenous glucose(3%, 5%, 7%) on the seedling growth, activities of antioxidant enzymes, osmotic substance contents and malodialdehyde (MDA) contents in leaves of tomato seedlings were studied under salt stress. The results showed that exogenous glucose could enhance the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline and increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes including superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD), thereby decreased the contents of MDA, H202, O2- in leaves and increased the growth of tomato seedlings under salt stress. Therefore, exogenous glucose could enhance salt tolerance of tomato. The results of the present experiment further proved that the exogenous damage. glucose played an important role in alleviating salt
