摘要
以野生苦菜种子为试材,采用不同种子活化剂处理种子,研究了种子活化剂对野生苦菜种子萌发特性的影响,以期为有效地开发、利用和保护野生苦菜资源提供参考依据。结果表明:种子活化剂CuSO_4·5H_2O、ZnSO_4、H_3BO_3、CoSO_4·7H_2O和GA3对苦菜种子的萌发均具有不同程度的影响,其中0.06 g·L-1的CuSO_4·5H_2O、0.40 g·L-1的ZnSO_4、0.60 g·L-1的H_3BO_3、0.50 g·L-1的CoSO_4·7H_2O和0.06 g·L-1的GA3处理效果最好,与对照(CK)相比差异显著。
Sonchus oleraceus L. seeds were used as materials, the influence of different seed activators on Sonchus oleraceus L. seeds were studied in order to provide reference for the effective development, utilization and protection of Sonchus oleraceus L. The results showed that CuSO4 · 5HzO, ZnSO4, H3BO3 ,COSO4 · 7HzO, GA3 had different effect on germination of Sonchus oleraceus L. seeds, and 0.06 g·L^-1 CuSO4 · 5HzO,0.40 g · L^-1 ZnSO4,0. 60 g· L^-1 H3BO3,0. 50 g · L^-1 COSO4 .7HzO and 0.60 g · L^-1 GA3 had the best processing effect, and there were significant differences compared with CK(H20).
