医务工作者职业幸福感与工作绩效、医患关系的相关性 被引量:17

Correlation Between Occupational Well-being,Job Performance and Doctor-patient Relationship in Medical Workers

摘要 目的:研究分析医务工作者职业幸福感与工作绩效、医患关系的相关性。方法:选取我院在职医护人员256名,填写医务工作者职业幸福感量表、工作绩效量表及自制医患关系量表,回收问卷后进行分析。结果:本次调查结果显示,我院医务人员职业幸福感的分数(61.82±6.49)分,处于中等水平。医务工作者职业幸福感与工作绩效呈正相关(r=0.909,P〈0.05);医务工作者工作绩效中任务绩效、人际促进、工作投入3个维度与身心健康呈负相关(r=-0.689,-0.683,-0.475;P〈0.05)。医务工作者职业幸福感与医患关系之间存在负相关关系(r=-0.685,P〈0.05)。结论:通过提高医务工作者职业幸福感可提高工作绩效。 Objective:To study the correlation between occupational well-being,job performance and doctor-patient relationship in medical workers.Methods:We selected 256 doctors and nurses in our hospital;they filled out medical workers' occupational well-being scale,work performance scale and self-made physician patient relationship scale respectively.Results:The survey showed that the scores of occupational well-being of medical staff in our hospital were at a moderate level.Medical workers occupation happiness was positively related with job performance(r=0.909,P〈0.05);medical workers work performance in task performance,interpersonal facilitation and job involvement in 3 dimensions of physical and mental health was negatively correlated(r=-0.689,-0.683,-0.475,P〈0.05).There was a negative correlation between occupational well-being and doctor-patient relationship(r=-0.685,P〈0.05).Conclusion:Medical workers occupation happiness can improve performance.
