资源型城市可持续发展内生增长路径研究

Study on endogenous growth path of sustainable development in resources type city

从内生性要素投入不足、内生性要素的挤出、资源发展的粘滞效应等方面对资源型城市可持续发展阻碍要素进行分析,从内生视角揭示资源型城市发展中瓶颈问题。基于对资源型城市可持续发展的要素分析,从提高创新人才的培养力度、提升资源型城市人力资本的知识累积能力、着力培育资源型企业的技术创新能力方面给出了促进资源型城市可持续发展的内生增长路径及策略。

From the input of the endogenous factors was insufficient,the extrusion of the endogenous factors,the viscous effect of the resource development and other aspects,a deep analysis was conducted on the sustainable development block factors of the resources type cities. From the endogenous view,the paper revealed the essence of the bottleneck problem in the development of the resources type cities. Based on the analysis on the sustainable development of the resources type cities,from the improvement on the training intensity of the innovative talents,the upgrading knowledge accumulation capacity of the human resources in the resources type cities,the focus on the technical innovation capacity of the training and resources and other aspects,the path and strategy of the endogenous growth were provided to promote the resources type cities with the sustainable development.
