在整理分析某大型煤炭企业集团物资和备品备件采管现状、发展趋势的基础上,以企业降本增效为目标,深入探索物资精细化管理模式,提出联采联储共备业务流程管理体系,以期实现集团企业物资采管横向平台化和纵向扁平化,有效减少库存水平,增强供应链运转效率,形成明显的规模经济效益;构建以联采联储共备为核心的物资全生命周期管理信息化系统总体模型,探索基于"互联网+"的物资采管"平台化"组织变革和管理变革。

Based on the preparation and analysis on the purchase and management status and development tendency of the material and goods as well as the spare parts in a large coal enterprise group,with the cost reduction and the benefit increased of the enterprise as the target and with the deep discovery on the fine management mode of the material and goods,the paper provided a management system of the co-purchase,co-storage and joint preparation business procedure in order to realize the lateral platform and the longitudinal platform of the material and goods purchase and management for the group,to effectively reduce the inventory level,to enhance the circulation efficiency of the supply chain and to form a obvious scale economic benefit. With the co-purchase,co-storage and joint preparation as a core,a general model of the material and goods full life period management information system was established and based on ＂internet＋＂,a discovery was conducted on the organization reform and management reform of the material and goods purchase and management ＂platform＂.
