Cost analysis of coal enterprises and countermeasure proposals

以煤炭成本为抓手开展研究,实现降本增效,对增强煤炭企业竞争力、促进企业健康发展具有重要意义。在研究比较不同区域原煤成本的基础上,分析了煤炭企业成本存在的问题,并分别从国家层面及企业内部管理方面提出降低成本的建议,为煤炭企业降本增效、提高竞争能力提供参考。

Based on a study conducted on the coal cost as the key,a cost reduction and efficiency increased were realized and would have important significances to improve the competitive power of the coal enterprises and to promote the health development of the enterprises. Based on the study and comparison on the raw coal cost in different regions,the paper had an analysis on the problems existed in the cost of the coal enterprises. The proposals to reduce the cost were provided from the state level and the internal management aspect of the coal enterprises and could provide the references to the cost reduction and benefit increased of the coal enterprises and to improve the competitive capacity.
