基于四链融合的煤炭企业双创基地建设模式研究

Study on construction mode of double innovation base in coal enterprises based on four chain integration

新时代背景下,建设煤炭企业双创基地成为煤炭行业转型升级发展的重要途径。本研究揭示了"创新链—产业链—资源链—价值链"四链融合的形成机理,并以四链融合为分析基础,对双创基地的价值实现过程进行分析,从产业布局、服务平台、运营机制和盈利模式4个方面设计了煤炭企业双创基地的建设框架,为煤炭企业双创基地建设提供了实践指南。

Under the background of the new era,the construction of the double innovation base in the coal enterprises became an important access of the transformation upgrading development in the coal industry. The study revealed the formation mechanism of the ＂innovation chain-industrial chain-resources chain-value chain＂ integration. With the four chain integration as the analysis base,an analysis was conducted on the value realized process of the double innovation base. From the aspects of the industrial layout,service platform,operation mechanism and profit model,the construction framework of the double innovation base in the coal enterprises was designed and could provide the practice guidance to the double innovation base construction in the coal enterprises.
