个性化护理配合健康教育在小儿手足口病治疗中的应用效果

Effect of Personalized Nursing Combined with Health Education on Prevention and Treatment of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease in Children

目的:探讨个性化护理配合健康教育在小儿手足口病治疗中的应用效果。方法:将2015年7月至2017年6月期间四川省达州市达川区人民医院收治的114例手足口病患儿作为研究对象。将这114例患儿随机平均分为甲组和乙组。对两组患儿均进行常规控制感染治疗。同时,对甲组患儿进行基础护理,对乙组患儿进行个性化护理和健康教育。然后,比较两组患儿的治护效果及其皮疹消退的时间和治愈的时间。结果:接受护理后,与甲组患儿相比,乙组患儿治护的总有效率更高,其皮疹消退的时间和治愈的时间均更短(P<0.05)。结论:在对手足口病患儿进行控制感染治疗的同时对其实施个性化护理配合健康教育的效果显著,可促进其皮疹的消退,提高其治愈率,缩短其治疗的用时。

Objective：To explore effect of personalized nursing combined with health education on prevention and treatment of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease in Children.Methods：Select 114 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were enrolled in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2017 for research object.They were divided to two group A and group B.We treat 2 groups with anti-infective therapy.As the same time,we treat group A with basis nursing,treat group B with personalized nursing combined with health education.Then compare total effective rate,disappearance time of skin rush and curative time of 2 groups.Results：After nursing,compare with group A,total effective rate of group B is higher,disappearance time of skin rush and curative time of group B are shorter（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of personalized nursing combined with health education on prevention and treatment of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease in Children is significant,it will accelerate resolution of skin rush,increase curative rate,and shorten time of healing.
