中西医结合疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效观察

Effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis

目的:分析用中西医结合疗法治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年2月期间在眉山市彭山区中医医院就诊的70例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例)。为对照组患者采用常规的西医疗法进行治疗,为观察组患者采用中西医结合疗法进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的临床疗效、关节肿胀评分、关节疼痛评分、ESR(红细胞沉降率)、CRP的水平。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率(91.4%)高于对照组患者治疗的总有效率(57.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的关节肿胀评分、关节疼痛评分、ESR、CRP的水平均低于对照组患者,其晨僵时间短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用中西医结合疗法治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效较好。

Objective：To analyze effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：Select 70 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 for research object.Randomly divide the cases to experimental group（35 cases） and control group（35 cases）.Treat control group with western medicine,treat experimental with combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine.Then compare clinical effective rate,arthrocele score,arthralgia score,ESR and CRP of 2 groups.Results：The total effective rate（91.4%）in the experimental group higher than the total effective rate of the control group（57.1%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment,arthrocele score,arthralgia score,ESR and CRP of are lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis is good.
