用替吉奥胶囊联合放疗对老年晚期胃癌患者进行治疗的效果探析

Effect of combination of Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule and radiation for the patients with elder advanced gastric cancer

目的:研究用替吉奥胶囊联合放疗对老年晚期胃癌患者进行治疗的效果。方法:对2016年4月至2017年4月期间南充市中心医院收治的80例老年晚期胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这80例患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。用替吉奥胶囊联合放疗对观察组患者进行治疗,单用放疗对对照组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的近期疗效和发生不良反应的情况。结果:观察组患者近期治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应的发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与单用放疗对老年晚期胃癌患者进行治疗相比,用替吉奥胶囊联合放疗对其进行治疗的效果更好,能有效地提高其近期疗效,且不会增加其不良反应。

Objective：To study effect of combination of Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule and radiation for the patients with elder advanced gastric cancer.Methods：Retrospectively research clinical material of 80 cases of patients with elder advanced gastric cancer treat in Nanchong City Central Hospital during April 2016 to April 2017.Randomly divide the 80 cases to control group（n=40） and experimental group（n=40）.Treat experimental group with combination of Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule and radiation,treat control group only with radiation.Then compare short-term effects and incidence of adverse reaction.Result：The total effective rate of experimental group is higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The difference of incidence of adverse reaction of 2 groups has no statistical significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compare with only apply radiation for treatment to the patients with elder advanced gastric cancer,the effect of combination therapy of Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule and radiation is better,it will increase effective rate of short-term,but will not increase incidence of adverse reaction of patients.
