摘要
目的:探讨微型种植体支抗控制技术在对替牙期儿童进行口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值。方法:将2014年4月至2017年3月期间在天全县人民医院进行口腔正畸治疗的102例替牙期儿童作为研究对象。将这些患儿分为对照组和研究组,每组各有51例患儿。在这些患儿接受口腔正畸治疗期间,使用口外弓对对照组患儿的磨牙进行支抗控制,使用微型种植体对研究组患儿的磨牙进行支抗控制。然后比较两组患儿并发症的发生率、磨牙位移的距离、上中切牙的凸距差和倾角差。结果:接受支抗控制治疗后,研究组患儿并发症的发生率低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。研究组患儿磨牙位移的距离小于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。研究组患儿上中切牙的凸距差和倾角差均大于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:将微型种植体支抗控制技术应用于对替牙期儿童进行口腔正畸治疗中的效果较为理想。
Objective:To study application effect of micro implant for anchorage control of orthodontic in treatment of tooth extraction during children mixed dentition.Methods:Select 102 cases of children accepted treatment of tooth extraction during children mixed dentition in People's Hospital of Tianquan County from April 2014 to March 2017.Divide the children to control group and experimental group,51 cases each group.During in treatment process,apply extraoral arch in anchorage reinforcement for control group,apply micro implant in anchorage reinforcement for experimental group.Then compare incidence of complication,the distance of the molar displacement,the protruding distance difference and hinge angle difference of maxillary central incisor.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The distance of the molar displacement of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P〈0.05),the protruding distance difference and hinge angle difference of maxillary central incisor were larger than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions:The effect of apply micro implant for anchorage control of orthodontic in treatment of tooth extraction during children mixed dentition is good.
