左氧氟沙星联合抗结核药治疗复治涂阳肺结核的效果评析

Effect of combination of levofloxacin and anti-tubercular agents for retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨用左氧氟沙星联合抗结核药治疗复治涂阳肺结核的效果。方法:对2015年1月至2017年8月期间合江县人民医院收治的60例复治涂阳肺结核患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这60例患者随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。用抗结核药对对照组患者进行治疗,用左氧氟沙星联合抗结核药对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者治疗的显效率、治疗的总有效率、治疗的不同时间点(治疗2个月后、治疗3个月后、治疗5个月后及治疗8个月后)进行痰涂片检查结果呈阴性患者所占的比例及其不良反应的发生率。结果:观察组患者治疗的显效率和治疗的总有效率均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后及治疗3个月后,两组患者中进行痰涂片检查结果呈阴性患者所占的比例相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗5个月后及治疗8个月后,观察组患者中进行痰涂片检查结果呈阴性患者所占的比例均高于对照组患者中进行痰涂片检查结果呈阴性患者所占的比例(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应的发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用左氧氟沙星联合抗结核药治疗复治涂阳肺结核的效果显著,能有效地改善患者的病情,且其不良反应较少,治疗的安全性较高。

Objective：To investigate effect of combination of levofloxacin and anti-tubercular agents for retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods：Retrospectively research clinical material of 60 cases of retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis received by People＇s Hospital of Hejiang County from January 2015 to August 2017.Randomly divide the cases to control group（n=30） and experimental group（n=30）.Treat control with anti-tubercular agents,treat experimental group with combination of levofloxacin and anti-tubercular agents for retreatment,then compare significant efficiency rate,total effective rate,the ratio of negative result of sputum smear tests in different time point（2 months,3 months,5 months and 8 months after treatment） and incidence of adverse reactions of 2 groups.Results：The significant efficiency rate and total effective rate of experimental group are higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.In the point of 2 months and 3 months after treatment,the difference of ratio of negative result of sputum smear tests of 2 groups has no statistical significant（P〈0.05）.In the point of 5 months and 8 months after treatment,the ratio of negative result of sputum smear tests in experimental group is higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of 2 groups has no statistical significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of combination of levofloxacin and anti-tubercular agents for retreatment smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis is significant,it will improve state of patient,cause less adverse reactions,the safety is high.
