用经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折的效果探究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探究用经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折的效果。方法:对贵州省普安县人民医院外一科近年来收治的100例胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对对照组患者进行开放式椎弓根螺钉内固定术,对观察组患者进行经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术,然后比较两组患者治疗前后的椎体前缘高度、胸椎后凸角及术后3个月其胸腰椎功能的优良率。结果:接受治疗前,两组患者的椎体前缘高度及胸椎后凸角相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。接受治疗后,观察组患者的椎体前缘高度高于对照组患者(P<0.05),其胸椎后凸角小于对照组患者(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组患者胸腰椎功能的优良率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:用经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折的效果显著,能有效地恢复患者的椎体前缘高度,减小其胸椎后凸角,改善其胸腰椎的功能。
