用替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期胃癌的效果探析

Effect of Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule for advanced gastric cancer

目的:探究用替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法:选取2014年1月至2017年1月期间金堂县第一人民医院收治的76例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象。采用双盲随机分组法将这些患者分为替吉奥-奥沙利铂组和替吉奥组,每组各38例患者。为替吉奥-奥沙利铂组患者联合使用替吉奥胶囊和奥沙利铂进行治疗,为替吉奥组患者单独使用替吉奥胶囊进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后两组患者病情的缓解率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。替吉奥组患者不良反应的发生率明显低于替吉奥-奥沙利铂组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为晚期胃癌患者单独使用替吉奥胶囊与联合使用替吉奥胶囊和奥沙利铂进行治疗的效果相当。但是,与联合使用替吉奥胶囊和奥沙利铂进行治疗相比,单独使用替吉奥胶囊对晚期胃癌患者进行治疗,可有效地降低其不良反应的发生率,安全性较高。

Objective To explore effect of Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule for advanced gastric cancer.Methods Select 76 cases of advanced gastric cancer treat in The First Hospital of Jintang County during January 2014 to January 2017 for research object.Randomly divide to Tegafur-Oxaliplatin group and Tegafur group the cases with double blind method,38 cases each group.Treat Tegafur-Oxaliplatin group with Tegafur and Oxaliplatin,treat Tegafur group with Tegafur.Compare with effect and incidence of adverse reaction of 2 group.Results There is no statistical significant of the difference of remission rate of 2 group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction of Tegafur group is lower than that in Tegafur-Oxaliplatin（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effects of Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule and combination of Tegafur-Oxaliplatin for advanced gastric cancer are equal.But compare with the effect of combination of Tegafur-Oxaliplatin,use Tegafur alone for advanced gastric cancer will decrease incidence of adverse reaction,the safety is high.
