联用心电向量图检查和心电图检查诊断无症状性心肌缺血的效果研讨

Effect of combination of Vectorcardiogram and Electrocardiogram for diagnosis of silent myocardial ischemia

目的:探讨联用心电向量图检查和心电图检查诊断无症状性心肌缺血的效果。方法:将2014年5月至2016年5月期间北京市昌平区中医医院收治的94例冠心病患者作为研究对象。在这些患者入院后,均对其进行心电图检查、心电向量图检查和冠状动脉造影检查。将进行冠状动脉造影检查的结果作为最终的诊断结果,比较单用心电图检查和心电向量图检查及联用这两种检查诊断无症状性心肌缺血的效果。结果:与单用心电图检查和心电向量图检查诊断无症状性心肌缺血的效果相比,联用心电图检查和心电向量图检查诊断无症状性心肌缺血的准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及特异性均较高(P<0.05),联用心电图检查和心电向量图检查诊断无症状性心肌缺血的误诊率较低(P<0.05)。结论:联用心电向量图检查和心电图检查诊断无症状性心肌缺血的效果较为理想。

Objective To explore effect of combination of Vectorcardiogram and Electrocardiogram for diagnosis of silent myocardial ischemia.Methods Select 94 cases of patients with silent myocardial ischemia received by he Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Changping District of Beijing City during May 2014 to May 2016 for research object.After addmission,we inspect the patients by Electrocardiogram,Vectorcardiogram and coronary angiography.The result of coronary angiography is been as standard,compare the results of electrocardiogram or vectorcardiogram and combination of Vectorcardiogram and Electrocardiogram.Results Compare with the results of electrocardiogram or vectorcardiogram,the accuracy,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and specificity of combination of Vectorcardiogram and Electrocardiogram are higher（P〈0.05）,but the misdiagnosis rate is lower（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of combination of Vectorcardiogram and Electrocardiogram for diagnosis of silent myocardial ischemia is good.
