对行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者实施中医护理对其胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medical Nursing on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function after Laparoscopic Myomectomy Surgery

目的:探讨对进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者实施中医护理对其胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2015年6月期间在广州中医药大学第二附属医院大学城分院进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的60例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对对照组患者进行常规护理。对观察组患者在进行常规护理的基础上进行中医护理。观察两组患者接受护理的效果、术毕至肠蠕动恢复的时间、术毕至排气的时间、术毕至排便的时间、恶心呕吐的发生情况及对护理服务的满意度。结果:观察组患者术毕至肠蠕动恢复的时间、术毕至排气的时间及术毕至排便的时间均短于对照组患者(P<0.05),其接受护理的总有效率及对护理服务的总满意率均高于对照组患者(P<0.05),其术后恶心呕吐的发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者实施中医护理可促进其胃肠功能的恢复,提高其对护理服务的满意度。

Objective：To explore the effect of Traditional Chinese Medical Nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic myomectomy surgery.Methods：Select 60 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy surgery treated in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to June 2016 for research object.They were divided into the control group（n=30） and the experimental group（n=30）.The patients of the control group were given conventional care,the experimental group were given conventional care and TCM Nursing.The incidence of nausea and vomiting,the recovery time of intestinal peristalsis,the first time of anal exhaust,the first time of defecation and satisfaction degree toward nursing were compared between the two groups.Results：The first time of anal exhaust,the first time of defecation of experimental group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,the total effective rate and satisfaction degree toward nursing of experimental group were higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of nausea and vomiting in experimental group is lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）Conclusion：Traditional Chinese Medical Nursing have effect of promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic myomectomy surgery and enhance satisfaction degree toward nursing of patients.
