摘要 心房颤动（房颤）导致的脑卒中及体循环栓塞事件，常可危及生命并严重影响患者的生存质量。预防房颤相关脑卒中已成为房颤患者综合管理策略中的主要内容。其预防及治疗方式与脑动脉粥样硬化所致脑卒中不同，抗凝治疗是预防和减少房颤所致脑卒中的有效手段，然而我国大多数房颤患者未进行抗凝治疗，而接受抗血小板治疗的比率较高.
