摘要
分析建筑的全寿命周期成本构成并进行估算,以多层砖混居住建筑为例,比较节能与非节能建筑全寿命周期成本,最后提出节能建筑的推广建议。
The paper analyzes and calculates the life cycle cost of energy-saving buildings, and compares the life cycle cost of energy-saving buildings and tranditional building by taking residential multistorey brick building as an example, finally puts forward the suggestions to promote energy-saving building.
