2014年江苏省江阴市恶性肿瘤发病与死亡分析

Cancer Incidence and Mortality in Jiangyin City,2014

[目的]分析2014年江苏省江阴市居民恶性肿瘤的发病与死亡情况,为江阴市恶性肿瘤的防治提供基础资料。[方法]收集2014年江阴市恶性肿瘤的发病与死亡数据,按性别、年龄别和肿瘤类别分别计算粗发病（死亡）率、标化发病（死亡）率、累积发病（死亡）率及构成比等指标,并分析顺位。[结果]2014年江阴市恶性肿瘤的粗发病率为364.33/10万,中标率为199.17/10万,世标率为195.09/10万;粗死亡率为232.05/10万,中标率为119.38/10万,世标率为117.45/10万。男性恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率均高于女性;随年龄增长,恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率均逐渐上升。发病率较高的恶性肿瘤主要为胃癌、肺癌、结直肠肛门癌、肝癌和食管癌;死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤则为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌和结直肠肛门癌。[结论]消化系统恶性肿瘤及肺癌的发病和死亡率相对较高,是江阴市癌症防治工作应重点关注的癌种。此外,应加强对前列腺癌、乳腺癌等的预防与控制。

[Purpose] To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in Jiangyin city in 2014.[Methods] The data of cancer incidence and mortality of Jiangyin residents in 2014 were collected and evaluated. Cancer incidence and mortality crude rate,age-standardized rate,cumulative rate,constituent ratio and proportion of top 10 cancers were analyzed. [Results] The crude incidence of cancer in Jiangyin in 2014 was 364.33/105,the age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese population was 199.17/105,the age-standardized incidence rate by world population was 195.09/105.The crude mortality of cancer in Jiangyin was 232.05/105,the age-standardized mortality rate by Chinese population was 119.38/105,the age-standardized mortality rate by world population was117.45/105. The incidence and mortality in males were higher than those in females. Top 5 incidence cancers were stomach,lung,colorectal,liver and esophagus cancers,and top 5 cancer deaths were lung,stomach,liver,esophagus and colorectal cancers. [Conclusion] For both sexes stomach cancer and lung cancer are main cancers in Jiangyin,and attention should be paid to prostate cancer for males and breast cancer for females.
