"中国工商业美术作家协会"是民国时期提倡实用美术首创之团体,也是当时工商美术界之最高学术组织。其以服务社会,促进工商美术发展为初衷,自成立之后,开展览、编选集、办学校,抗战救亡,积极而高效地开展了一系列艺术与社会活动,产生了广泛的社会影响,为推动中国早期商业美术的发展作出了突出的贡献。

The ＂Chinese Business Association of Writers and Artists＂ was the first group promoting practical art in the Republic of China and the highest academic organization in the art circle of the time. Since its inception, it has been carried out a series of artistic and social activities actively and efficiently through exhibitions, anthologies and schools in fighting against the Japanese invasion war and saving the society. It has been produced extensive social influence and made outstanding contributions to promote the development of China＇s early commercial art.
