依托自贸区试点政策的融资租赁创新业务模式研究

A Research on Business Model Innovation of the Financial Leasing Based on the Pilot Policy of the Free Trade Zone

近几年,随着国内各地自贸区的设立及相应融资租赁业务发展试点政策的出台,依托自贸区试点政策的融资租赁创新业务得到了较快发展,成为近年各融资租赁类公司业务发展的热点方向之一。本文以天津自贸区东疆保税港区为例,分析了自贸区融资租赁创新业务的政策基础及产业支持政策,总结了东疆保税港区已成功操作的且具备推广价值的融资租赁业务创新模式及案例,最后对融资租赁公司依托自贸区发展融资租赁业务提出了相关建议。

In recent years, with the establishment of Free Trade Zones and the corresponding introduction of the pilot policy for the financial leasing business development, business Innovation of the financial leasing based on the pilot policy of the Free Trade Zone has also developed rapidly, as the hot spots direction of the business development for the various financial leasing companies. This paper based on Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone of the Tianjin Free Trade Zone, analyzed the policy basis and industrial support policy of the financial leasing business innovation in the Free Trade Port Zone, summarized the innovative modes and cases of financial leasing business which have been successfully operated in the Free Trade Port Zone of Dongjiang and have the promotion value. Finally, this paper puts forward the opinions and suggestions to the financial leasing company which will develop the business based on the Free Trade Zone.
