Deliberative Teaching in "Occupational Therapy Technology" Courses in Higher Vocational Education: A Teaching Reform Practice

摘要 目的:探讨研讨式教学法在高职《作业治疗技术》课程改革中的教学效果。方法:试验组选定课程部分章节的内容,运用研讨式教学法进行教学,对照组则使用传统教学方法教学,比较两组学生理论及案例分析的考核成绩。结果:试验组理论考试和案例分析考核成绩均高于对照组;在成绩分布上,试验组均较对照组有优势。结论:在作业治疗学的教学中加用研讨式教学法,其效果优于单一的传统教学法,研讨式教学可提高学生的自主学习、临床思维、沟通表达等多方面能力。 Objective: To investigate the teaching effect of deliberative teaching method in the courses reform of "Occupational Therapy Technology" in higher vocational education. Methods: Experimental group selected part of the chapters to teaching the students by deliberative teaching method, while control group used conventional teaching method, and compared the theoretical and case analysis results of the two groups. Results: The theo- retical and case analysis results of experimental group were higher than those of control group, and the experimental group had the advantage over the control group on the distribution of results. Conclusion: The usage of deliberative teaching in "Occupational Therapy Technology" courses is more effective than single use of conventional teaching method, which can improve students' abilities of autonomous learning, clinical thinking and communication.
