咽痛是临床常见症状,作为主症或兼症出现在耳鼻喉科多种疾病中。《伤寒论》一书为东汉医圣张仲景所著,其首开辨证论治的先河,对祖国医学的发展产生了深远的影响。本文通过对《伤寒论》条文的梳理,对张仲景对咽痛辨治的思路进行浅析。

Pharyngalgia is a kind of clinical common symptom, which appears in a variety of ENT diseases as a major or concurrent symptom. The book of ＂Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases＂ was written by Zhangzhongjing who was respected for a medical sage of the Eastern Han Dynasty, which first opened the beginning of syndrome differentiation and had a profound influence on the development of Chinese medicine. This paper would arrange the articles in ＂Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases＂ to analyze the thoughts of the treatment variation for pharyngalgia.
