摘要
目的:观察闭链运动对脑卒中偏瘫肩关节半脱位患者上肢运动功能的影响。方法:将脑卒中上肢偏瘫患者40例随机分为对照组和治疗组各20例,对照组进行常规康复治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上使用闭链运动训练,治疗前和治疗6周后测量肩峰下缘与肱骨头之间的距离(Acromio-humeral distance,AHD),使用Fugl-Meyer(FMA)运动功能量表上肢部分和Action Research Arm Test(ARAT)评估偏瘫侧上肢运动功能情况。结果:治疗后,两组AHD、FMA、ARAT均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组AHD、FMA、ARAT较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:闭链运动训练对脑卒中偏瘫半肩关节脱位患者的上肢运动功能有较好的康复疗效。
Objective: To explore the rehabilitation effect of closed kinetic chain exercises on upper extremity motor function on the shoulder subluxation in hemiplegic after stroke patients. Methods: 40 patients with upper limb hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group(n=20) and treatment group(n=20). The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation, and the treatment group was trained with closed chain exercise on the basis of routine treatment. The Acromio-humeral distance(AHD), Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Action Research Arm Test(ARAT) were measured in both groups before and at the end of treatment.Results: After treatment, the AHD、FMA、ARAT in the two groups was significantly improved than that in the control group(P0.05), and the AHD、FMA、ARAT in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion: CKC exercises can significantly increase the motor function on the shoulder subluxation in hemiplegic patients.
