体外冲击波治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究体外冲击波对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组采用体外冲击波治疗,对照组采用超声波药物导入治疗,观察比较两组治疗前后VAS疼痛评分及关节活动度。结果:治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:体外冲击波与超声波药物导入治疗均能有效减轻膝关节痛,且冲击波效果明显优于超声波药物导入。冲击波及超声波药物导入对改善膝关节关节活动度均无显效。 Objective: To study the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave on osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods:Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave, and the control group was treated with ultrasonic drug delivery. The VAS pain score and activity of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results: after treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P 0.05), and the VAS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P 0.05). There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion: extracorporeal shock wave and ultrasonic medication can effectively alleviate the pain of knee joint, and the effect of shock wave is better than that of ultrasonic drug introduction. The effects of shock wave and ultrasonic drug introduction on knee joint mobility were not significant, and shock wave treatment had no obvious advantage in improving knee mobility.
