摘要
教学大数据是在多源异构、不连续、易干扰环境下形成的经典数据与非经典数据的复杂集合。该文从教学大数据挖掘的观点出发,增加Web数据和图像数据,对传统的挖掘数据源进行扩展;提出教学视点和数据视点的概念,并基于此构建了教学数据挖掘框架;以远程教学过程为例,从教师、学习者、管理者、资源设计、教学事件处理等不同的视点提出了数据挖掘的相关因素。通过多种数据源的挖掘处理方法的研究完成相应视点下事件的因果关系及相关关系的分析,为教学数据挖掘提出了新的思路和策略,为教学质量提升提出了一种可行的方法。
Teaching big data is a complex set of classic data and non-classic data formed in multi-source heterogeneous, discontinuous and interference environments. From the viewpoint of teaching big data mining, this paper increases Web data and inaage data, and expands the traditional mining data sources. Put forward the concept of teaching viewpoint and data viewpoint and construct a teaching data mining framework based on them. Taking the distance learning process as an example, this paper puts forward the related factors of data mining from different perspectives such as teachers, learners, managers, resource designing and teaching event processing. Study a variety of data source mining methods and complete the causal relationship and related relationship analysis between incidents under the multiple viewpoints. This paper puts forward new ideas and strategies for teaching data mining and puts forward a feasible method for the improvement of teaching quality.
