摘要
针对硅铁冶炼过程中炉内还原剂在不同的反应阶段,参加的反应和起到到作用不同。烟煤与兰炭相比具有比电阻大,活性大的特点,有利于SiO_2的还原和SiO的扑捉,有利于反应的进行,配加部分的动力煤,一方面可以降低冶炼电耗,另一方对成本的降低也十分有利。
In the process of ferrosilicon smelting, reducing agent in different reaction stages play a different role. Compared with blue carbon, bituminous coal has the characteristics of large specific resistance and large activity, is conducive to the reduction of SiO_2 and the capture of SiO, which is good for the reaction. With the addition of some thermal coal, on the one hand the power consumption for smelting can be reduced, on the other hand cost reduction is also very beneficial.
