摘要
根据近年来检验检疫部门在进口煤炭中截获的植物疫情数据和典型案例,阐述了进口煤炭携带植物疫情的风险,分析了煤炭夹带检疫类杂物的原因与途径,并从提高防控意识、完善监管体系、强化宏观管理、加大人才培养、加强企业管理等5个方面探讨了进口煤炭检疫监管的应对措施。
According to the pest interception from the imported coal and recent typical cases,this article stated the quarantine pest risks carried by imported coal and analyzed the causes and sources of coal entrainment,and probed into the countermeasures for the import coal quarantine supervision from five aspects：raising awareness of prevention and control,improving supervision system,strengthening macro management,increasing personnel training and strengthening enterprise management.
