摘要
本文阐述了生物安全的概念、植物检疫生物安全的起源及经典案例。列出了生物安全相关的法律法规和标准规范。从人员、建筑设计及设施设备、样品及有害生物、检测流程等方面提出了植物检疫实验室生物安全的关键控制点,同时也提出了建立植物检疫实验室生物安全的分级标准、制定相关管理规定或认可规范的建议。
The concept of biosafety,the origin and classic cases of phytosanitary biosafety are described in this paper. The laws,regulations and standards related to biosafety are listed. The key control points of plant quarantine laboratory biosafety are put forward from the aspects of personnel,architectural design and facilities,samples and pests,testing procedures,etc.. Some suggestions,such as,establishment of biosafety grading standards and relevant regulations for plant quarantine laboratory are also put forward.
