摘要
利用试卷考核和问卷调查的形式评估急诊住院医师规范化培训逆向思维能力的应用效果。结果表明:试卷考核中实验组考核分数明显高于对照组。调查问卷中实验组学生对各项目的感受显著高于对照组。结论:逆向思维能力的训练为急诊住院医师规范化培训提供了一个适应临床思维的平台。
objective: To study the effects of reverse thinking ability used in emergency clinical standardized teaching. Method: The residents of emergency clinical standardized teaching were divided into two groups: test group with reverse thinking method and control group with tradi- tional method. After learning, the tests mad questionnaires were used to evaluate the result. Result: In tests, the scores of test group were higher than those of control group ( P ≤ 0.01). In questionnaires,teaching effects in test group were superior to those in control group ( P ≤0.01). Conclusion: The application of reverse thinking ability shows a new way to train the residents of emergency clinical standardization teaching.
