目的:分析护理兼职教师课堂教学存在的问题,提出改进方法和措施,为护理兼职教师培养提供指导。方法:调查我校64名护理兼职教师课堂教学现状,分析护理兼职教师教学现存优势与不足。结果:护理兼职教师具备丰富的理论知识和扎实的临床经验,但教学基本功不足,教学质量有待进一步提高。结论:针对兼职教师的特殊性,适时采取意见反馈和培训学习,有助于提高护理兼职教师教学水平。

Objective To analyze the teaching problems？ of Part-time nursing college teachers, propose improvement measures and provide basis for training. Methods To investigate 64 Part-time nursing teachers teaching problems and advantages by the evaluation of teaching administrators and students. Results Nursing part-time teachers have a wealth of theoretical knowledge and solid clinical experience, but the basic sells of teaching are insufficient, and the quality of classroom teaching needs to be further improved. Conclusion： In view of the special nature of parttime teachers, timely feedback and training will help improve the teaching of nursing part-time teachers.
