摘要 目的:探索CBL与SBL联合教学模式在外科急腹症教学中的应用效果。方法:在北京大学医学部预防医学专业2009级的外科急腹症的教学中,将70名学生随机分为两组,实验组35名学生采用CBL与SBL联合教学方法,对照组35名学生采用LBL教学方法,通过基础知识及病例分析考核、学生满意度问卷调查检验教学效果。结果:虽然两组间在基础理论知识考核上无显著性差异(P>0.05),但两组间在病例分析考核和学生满意度问卷调查得分上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:CBL与SBL联合教学模式可以提高学生的临床思维能力和学生对教学的满意度,适宜在医学教育中应用。 Objective: Explore the application of CBL and SBL combined teaching model in the teaching of surgical acute abdomen. Methods A total of 70 students were randomly divided into two groups in the teaching of surgical acute abdomen in the Preventive Medicine Division of Peking University in 2009.35 students in the experimental group used the combined teaching method of CBL and SBL, and 35 students in the control group used LBL teaching. Methods: The teaching effects were tested through basic knowledge, case analysis and student satisfaction questionnaires. Results Although there was no significant difference between the two groups in the assessment of basic theoretical knowledge ( P 〉 0.05), there was a significant difference between the two groups in the scores of case analysis and student satisfaction questionnaires ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The combined teaching mode of CBL and SBL can improve students' clinical thinking ability and students' satisfaction with teaching, and it is suitable for popularization and application in medical education.
