摘要
系统分析客车104分配阀在检修、运用过程中存在的故障,总结故障规律。大多数设备的故障率是时间的函数,符合浴盆曲线函数,即设备(产品)从投入到报废的整个寿命周期内,早期故障期设备故障多,偶然故障期设备性能稳定,严重故障期设备故障多。对郑州铁路局郑州车辆段运用客车104分配阀故障情况进行统计分析,发现返修的临修104分配阀在早期故障较多,得出104分配阀故障特点符合浴盆曲线规律。对104分配阀检修后,提出进行120次的均脂磨合,去除早期故障期故障多、性能不稳定的情况,提高104分配阀的检修质量,确保客车安全运行。
the failure of bus 104 distribution valve in the process of maintenance and operation is systematically analyzed,and the failure rule of the 104 distribution valve is summarized. Because the failure rate of most equipment is a function of time,which accords with the bathtub curve function. That is to say,during the whole life cycle of equipment( product) from input to scrapping,there are many failures in the early failure stage,the occasional failure period,the stable performance of equipment,serious failure period,and many equipment failures. We use 104 bus depot on Zhengzhou distribution valve fault were analyzed,found that the repair of temporary repair of 104 distribution valves in the early faults,so that the 104 distribution valve fault characteristics with bathtub curve law,we put forward that are running in the 120 overhaul of 104 distribution valves after the removal of the fault early failure period and the performance is not stable,improve the quality of maintenance of 104 distribution valve,to ensure the safe operation of passenger car.
